This role reports directly to the CEO’s Office in Singapore with a functional reporting line to the Regional Quality Director and will have full responsibility for the Business Excellence Department. You will be appointed QEHSS Management Representative and QEHSS Lead Internal Auditor

The Challenges

  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Business Excellence Department.
  • Implement, maintain and improve the organization’s Management Systems not limited to the following standards
    • ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
    • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
    • ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
    • ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management Systems
    • SS 590 – HACCP-Based Food Safety Management Systems
    • SS 620 – Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices
    • STP/ RCAR/ Security Related Framework
  • Establish & maintain QEHSS Manual and procedures
  • Initiate, Lead and conduct QEHSS internal audits & supplier audits 
  • Conduct internal training pertaining to QEHSS-related matters
  • Collaborate with the HR department to jointly develop the company’s Training Plan.
  • To identify QEHSS-related training for the organization
  • Promote awareness of customer and QEHSS requirements throughout the organization;
  • Report to the top management on the performance of the quality, environmental, health and safety management system,
  • Food Safety Management Systems, including needs for improvement.
  • Coordinate communication with external parties on matters relating to the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems, Food Safety and certification registration.
  • To drive continuous improvement initiatives within the entire organization
  • Work with respective HODs to develop and implement strategies that are in line with the organizations’ Key Performance Indicators set by the Regional/Corporate Office.

What It Takes

  • At least 5 years of experience as a manager or leading the company’s quality standards
  • Able to lead company-wide certification and audit process
  • Excellent people management skills and dispute management skills
