As a result of this trust that we have built  we are now looking to identify new partners to steer this growth in the right direction.

This is an extremely exciting role where you will be responsible to champion growth and play the role of an entrepreneur in an extremely open and transparent environment. This role is focused on being able to identify clients and work in tandem with partners in the organization in order to continue building on the success of the organization. 

The Challenges

  • Build out the firm’s Digital, Technology & Product practice, as an organization we already work on a number of significant mandates in this space, however we are looking to identify leaders that will propel this practice and take it to new heights. There is a strong need for this individual to come into the firm as a subject matter expert with access and network. 
  • Work in partnership with the existing partners in order to ensure a cohesive outreach and go-to market strategy. Partners in our system are focused on sharing knowledge, relationships and access in order to constantly assist clients in identifying the right leaders for their operations across ASEAN & ANZ. 
  • Employ a consultative approach when scoping the needs of clients, it is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the client’s business, its value drivers and it’s organizational strategy. This is core to how we win and deliver work successfully. 
  • Innovation is at the heart of what we do, we adopt technology and thrive on making sense of the data we have access to. We’re always re-looking at our process and raising the bar after every mandate we complete, therefore having an eye for process improvement and increasing efficiency is core to us. 
  • Be bold, take risks that are calculated and if we make mistakes, ensure we learn from them and utilize those learnings in order to grow as an organization and individuals. 

What It Takes

  • A strong entrepreneurial track record and ability to build a business from the ground up. 
  • Experience within executive search, talent assessments and commercial roles will be a major advantage. 
  • Strong leadership and sales strategy experience, with exceptional network and access across ASEAN within Technology, Digital & Product. 
  • In depth knowledge of winning enterprise clients and successfully delivering on mandates as a unit, the ability to work cohesively and work with and through individuals is paramount.
