You will be the custodian on operational effectiveness through the gathering of data analytics and provide advisory on process improvement projects.

The Challenges


  • Set up new customer reporting requirements and lead various reporting platforms.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to set up and implement customer reports.
  • You will review the existing vendor’s performance and suggest improvement procedures while addressing performance gaps.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will identify and lead projects to drive process improvements, efficiency improvements, simplification and analyses.
  • You will review existing KPIs and enhance overall service quality
  • Provides the department with supporting data including internal KPIs and performance data.
  • Resolve customer report issues/irregularities, if required.
  • Monitors and resolve customer complaints and look at new processes to identify root causes and make necessary rectification.
  • Maintains knowledge and complaint solving database to improve first-line customer complaint resolution.

What It Takes


  • You should possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • High proficiency in data analytics software and proficiency in building your own datasets.
  • Some knowledgeable in freight forwarding business and operational knowledge
  • Good problem-solving and advisory experience will be necessary
