Our client provides expertise in managing Professional Products and Services (PPE) while providing the distribution of Maintenance, Repair and Operation products (MRO) and safety equipment.

The Challenges

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of human resource activities in accordance with the local employment laws, including
  • Daily HR Operations
  • Employee life-cycle management (talent acquisition, onboarding/exit processes)
  • Formulation and implementation of the performance management process
  • Employee engagement, grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Supporting business unit on resource management and aligning to corporate goals to achieve business performance
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

What It Takes

  • Minimum Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Prior experience in E-commerce enabler will have an added advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadline
