They have invested in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. In Vietnam, they are accelerating their footprint. This position will oversee a team of 5 sales member with the potential to be groomed and take over the branch activities.

The Challenges

  • Leading a team of sales members to ensure that they meet sales performance (team size will be increased to 8 in FY 2023)
  • You will provide mentoring and coaching to the sales team and ensure that they meet individual sales target
  • Strategies and execute sales plan while assigning sales duties to the sales team, ensuring optimisation of the sales resources
  • You will monitor and validate the sales pipeline from the team members
  • You will identify and evaluate business opportunities and prepare sales action plans in line with sales strategies
  • You will hunt for new business leads and convert sales pipelines
  • You manage existing and establish new accounts while acting as a competent relationship manager
  • You will actively participate in strategic business and product development and their placement on the market
  • Work in close cooperation with the local team of experts you monitor and monitor the quality of processes and services provided thus ensuring the highest level of service excellence

What It Takes

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics field
  • Good leadership experience in managing a small sales team will be preferred
  • Good profound knowledge of Air, Ocean and Land freight Import/Export
  • Entrepreneur and have a goal-driven and solution-oriented mindset
  • You think outside the box and can deal with complex situations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills
