Under the HR Shared Services, Selina provides dedicated support for a full range of HR services, including payroll services, and employee management. Selina has experience facilitating the onboarding and off-boarding process, leave administration, income tax submission and clearance, workpass administration and recruitment.
She manages employees day to day HR questions so our customers do not have to, while building strong working relationships by understanding the working culture and dynamics of our customer. She works with teams within an organisation and strives to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for HR services, ensuring the customers needs and expectations are met. Selina helps in creating our customers essential HR processes and managing their talent so that they can concentrate on running their business to its max potential.
