Anirudh Arvind, a Co-Founder & Senior Partner at Hatch Asia. He leads our Digital, Technology & Human Resources practice across Southeast Asia.
He has substantial experience working with clients across multiple industries on assignments such as identifying high performing and high potential talent, building and rolling out global talent acquisition strategies, crafting out succession strategies and working with clients across the talent lifecycle with a focus on executive search and talent management.
His track record in Asia includes successful placements of Emerging Leaders, CHROs, CIOs, Digital, Transformation & Commercial leaders and implementation of successful talent management strategies that have demonstrated strong ROI for clients across APAC, MENA and the US.
As a trusted advisor to clients, his focus has always been to identify methods to help set talent up for success, any project he may look to be a part of, this remains to be his motto.
Anirudh has earned a Bachelor in Business Studies and Economics from the University of East London. He is also a certified talent assessor and has spent time living and working in Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Anirudh is known to be adventurous and is always up for a new challenge and looks to do so with a strong sense of self-belief in himself and the teams he works with.
He is ardent about the game of basketball and cross-fit and believes he plays the role of a
point guard when working with clients to set talent up for success. Above and beyond sport, he enjoys reading, learning about the world through people and
also buying groceries for his wife.
Anirudh aspires to stay entrepreneurial and work with talents across the globe to reach
their highest potential.
