Amos and Ani came together with a common goal, which is to elevate the executive search business into a broader holistic company that believe in both the art and science of talent engagement.
Amos, having been in the business since 2011 and won numerous “Recruiter of the Year” awards, believes that the true value of recruitment is to present factual assessment of a candidate that matches client’s DNA. He does not believe in just pushing a CV. Thus, he has been exploring ways to partner with assessment companies to provide an integrated solution for his client.
In 2019, he met Ani, who was then representing a talent management consulting firm across the South East Asia region. After numerous coffee sessions on how both companies can collaborate, Ani decided to join as a Co-Founder to reinvent what Hatch Asia now believes in, which is “Setting Talent Up for Success”.
We have more than doubled in growth since 2011. We have been fortunate to have a dedicated team in scouting for the best talent in various industries, assessing candidates through trusted partners and building relationships with talent through our development process. Through our relationship building, we develop trust and confidence, which enables us to better serves our candidates and clients.
